Casa Arenal is a three bedrooms house with communal pool and garden next to the beach Arenal with beautiful sea views.
Casa Arenal has three double bedrooms (all on the first floor), two bathrooms with a bath and an additionla toilet. The kitchen is spacious, individual and fully equipped. From the living room, we have an access to a nice porch / terrace and the private garden with barbecue. From the private garden we have an access to the communal area with pool and garden; the community area has a door from which you can go to the beach. The house has a free private garage and air conditioning on the ground floor, wi-fi is an optional service.
This community is situated on the first line and is very well located - next to the promenade and near the sports area. Near the house there are the best beach bars on the beach where you can eat, dine or have cocktails and ice cream at any time. Restaurants, supermarkets and other services are 700 meters away, but coffee shops are very close to the house.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.
