This house is conveniently located in a prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto, within 8 minutes walk to the beach Playa Cristal and its restaurants.
The accommodation has 2 stories.
The ground floor is comprised of spacious living room with an access to the shaded porch with built-in barbecue, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
The first floor is comprised of a master bedroom with an access to the terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
It is a corner townhouse with private garden, comfortable and quiet, with a direct access to the communal swimming pool area.
COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
