Description
The house is air-conditioned and has 136 m2. It is distributed: on the ground floor there are the living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the 1st floor, we have three bedrooms with three bathrooms and a terrace with a fantastic view. All rooms have a private bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and a spacious living room communicates with a private garden with palm trees and barbecue area. The pool is common, but only for 4 houses. There are bicycles for clients to use.
The beach is only in 130 meters and the area is residential and calm, never crowded, perfect for a pleasant stay near the sea. There are several restaurants, beach bars and a supermarket near the house which are open during the summer season.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.
