Villa Dama is a cosy two-storey chalet located 2 minutes walking distance from Crystal Beach, near bars and restaurants, on a very quiet street leading to the sea. In front of the house there is a shaded terrace and a swimming pool. The garden has lawn, fruit trees and flowers. Under the shade of the palm trees are the garden furniture.
The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 terraces.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room fully equipped with access to a small covered terrace and equipped with a barbecue, an additional refrigerator and a kitchen table with a sink.

Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.
